You can view core responses, optional responses, text responses OR a
combination of all three by selecting the check boxes in the Response
type column.
Example of selecting responses to Core and Text questions
- Tick the check boxes for Core and Text response.
- Click View as shown by the arrow in the image above.
The graph of responses window will open.
- Statistics for the number of responses, total number of students and
response rate are displayed.
- Responses to all 10 core questions are displayed.
- Responses to additional text response questions are displayed.
