Author text response items

To author text response questions:

click author

The Author text response items window will open.

author text and save

  1. You can use the default questions as shown in the image above; or type over them to create your own questions.
  2. Click Save.

The Author text response items window will open.

Close to save authored questions

  1. Click Back to go to previous screen and author again if you wish to change your mind
    OR
  2. Click Close to confirm and close the window.

Note: Once confirmed (Step B as above), the additional questions will be automatically added to your questionnaire.

The Add additional questions into your questionnaire window will refresh.

preview text response items

The list of additional text response questions will be displayed as shown by the arrow in the image above.  You can view the questionnaire and if you are happy with how it looks, schedule and publish it
