Collect assessment items
Students' assignments can be collected for marking individually or bulk downloaded as a zipped (compressed) file.
Before you can can collect student assignments you need to:
Once you have selected a course the AssignIT Course Summary window will open.
- Click Collect as indicated by the arrow in the image above.
The Collect assessment items window will open.
- Select the assessment item you want to collect from the drop down list.
The Collect assessment items window will refresh to display study modes and classes associated with the course.
To select classes of students that you want to collect assessment items from:
- Select one or multiple study modes.
Note: The window will refresh and display classes in the selected study modes. - Tick All classes to select all classes in the list.
OR - Tick individual classes.
Beneath the class list you must select the download option.
- Select either Individual file downloading or Bulk downloading (ZIP file).
- Click Next.
