Submissions
You can use the AssignIT Submissions function to record receipt of student assignments that were NOT submitted via AssignIT.
Before you can access Submissions you need to:

- Have previously created an assessment item in AssignIT for assessment items that were not to be submitted to AssignIT by students eg. option 2 (where the assessment item needs to be graded) OR option 4 (where the assessment item is to marked with Non-graded Pass/Fail).
Once you have selected a specific course offering the AssignIT Course Summary window will open:

- Click Submissions as indicated by the arrow in the image above.
The Enter submission dates window will open:

- Select the required assessment item from the drop down list as indicated by the arrow in the image above.
The window will refresh to display the classes available (the classes shown depends on the classes selected in the create a new assessment item process)

- Select the required class or classes.
- Click Next.
The window will refresh to show a list of students enrolled in the selected class or classes.

- Enter the date and time the assessment item was received from each student.
Note: You can either type in the received date and time in the Submitted date textbox in the form eg. 23/04/2009 4:00 PM OR select the date and time from the pop up calendars. - Click Save.
The screen will refresh to show you that the record has been saved successfully.

When you have finished saving the receipt of assessment items you can go to the Report function to view a list of the assessment items recorded as received, or just close your browser.
