Assignment report
Before you can generate an assignment report you need to:
Once you have selected a course the Create or edit assignments window will open.

- Click Report as indicated by the arrow in the image above.
The Assignments report window will open.

- Select the assignment as indicated by the arrow in the image above.
The Assignment report window will refresh to display study modes and classes associated with the course.

To select classes for which the report will be generated:
- Select one or multiple study modes.
Note: The window will refresh and display classes in the selected study modes. - Tick All classes to select all classes in the list.
OR - Click individual classes.
- Click Next.
The Report generation window will open while the report is generated.

The report will generate and display information as indicated in the image below.

- First four columns - Family name, first name, middle name, Mail ID.
- Date submitted - Date assignment submitted to AssignIT.
- Submission method - AssignIT or Other
- Files submitted - File name of the assignment/s the student submitted via AssignIT.
- Grade - Grade returned to student.
- Files returned - Name of the assignment and other files returned to the student.
Note: You can save the assignment report as an Excel spreadsheet by clicking Save report as spreadsheet as indicated the arrow in the image above.
