Assessment item report

Before you can generate an assessment item report you need to:

Once you have selected a course the Course Summary window will open.

Select report

The Assessment items report window will open.

Select assessment item window

The Assessment item report window will refresh to display study modes and classes associated with the course.

Select classes window

To select classes for which the report will be generated:

  1. Select one or multiple study modes.
    Note: The window will refresh and display classes in the selected study modes.
  2. Tick All classes to select all classes in the list.
    OR
  3. Click individual classes.
  4. Click Next.

The report will generate and display information as indicated in the image below.

Assessment item report

  1. First four columns - Family name, First name, Middle name, Mail ID.
  2. Type of assessment item - graded or non-graded.
  3. Date submitted  - Date the assessment item was submitted to AssignIT.
  4. Submission method - AssignIT  (meaning submitted by the student to AssignIT) or Non-AssignIT (meaning not submitted to AssignIT by the student) or Extended (meaning submitted to AssignIT after the due date)
  5. Files submitted - File name of the assessment item files the student submitted via AssignIT.
  6. Grade - Grade returned to student.
  7. Mark - Mark entered into AssignIT.
  8. Weighting - the weighting of that assessment item.
  9. Files returned - Name of the assessment item file and any other files returned to the student.

Note: You can save the assignment report as an Excel spreadsheet by clicking Save report as spreadsheet as indicated the arrow in the image above.
