Forward application documentation
You can create a customised coversheet to forward documents to UniSA.
Application processing will start only when documentation has been received at UniSA.
- Click specific selection and / or application requirements to check specific entry requirements for the students program.
- Click Supporting Documentation Cover Sheet to create a customised cover sheet.
- Print the cover sheet and attach to the front of the supporting documents. Mail to the address stated.
