I
am an adult entry student, never been to uni before, owned my own
business at the time of commencing study, and have had many different
jobs in many different fields. I am currently studying Human Movement,
majoring in Outdoor Education. I chose outdoor education because that is
where my interests are, so why not work in a field that you enjoy. You
are never too old to learn new things. The lecturers at UniSA are
friendly and approachable. They are only a phone call or email away.
They are willing to help you if you need help and very knowledgeable in
the academic world and the outside real world. The whole uni experience
has been great, I just love it.

I chose to study human movement as I have a love for sports science
and want to continually build on my knowledge of how the body works in
sporting situations. This area of study is important to me as sport has
always been a great passion of mine and with this degree I can make my
passion my career.

I am studying a Bachelor of Human Movement and Health Science and
following the Exercise and Sports Science stream. I chose to study at
UniSA because the course gives you practical experience and knowledge.
The thing I enjoy most about UniSA is the social life, pub crawls, and
not just the social activities but being with others who share the
interests I have. The staff are excellent. They are all very different
people, but they are all passionate about what they do.

I study Human Movement and Health Sciences. I wanted to study this
program as I was attracted to the variety of opportunities it provides
you in relation to subject choices and streams which you can progress
through. I chose to study at UniSA as it is one of the most prestigious
universities in South Australia, and is well known within Australia. I
also loved Adelaide, so UniSA was a natural choice for me.

I chose to study this program as I want to be a health PE teacher.
The program is designed to equip students with the skills and qualities
needed to be a good teacher so the degree is an awesome qualification as
it allows you to start your career as soon as you graduate. What I like
most is that they incorporate practical teaching experiences into the
degree so you get a feel for what you’ll end up doing.
