Bradley Forum - booking requests

Please complete the form below with requested information. If you have any queries, contact the Hawke Centre on 08 8302 0371 or email louise.carnell@unisa.edu.au.  The Hawke Centre will then confirm your booking.

Bookings will only be taken until Friday 11 December - after this date your booking will be processed in the New Year.

For external hire arrangements, information and an invoice will be forwarded via UniSA Campus Services
