Kerry Packer Civic Gallery - booking requests

Bookings will only be taken until Friday 11 December - after this date your booking will be processed in the New Year.

PLEASE NOTE: it is the responsibility of the person booking the Kerry Packer Civic Gallery to organise room set up via the Facilities Management Unit online customer services request (CRS) and catering supplies/linen etc via external suppliers. 

Additional charges may be incurred for out-of-hours and weekend bookings or if additional cleaning is required. 

For external hire arrangements details and a quote and relevant forms will be forwarded via UniSA Campus Services.

The Hawke Centre takes no responsibility for the set up or pull down of equipment within the Kerry Packer Civic Gallery.  The Gallery must be returned to its normal configuration at the end of the event.
