Report: BBQ and Games at Semaphore
Published: December 14, 2005
The 11th of December turned out to be a hot and sunny summers day perfect for a BBQ. We met at Semaphore beach at noon and were joined by Golden Key members from the Adelaide Uni chapter.
We had a great day out, had a good lunch and played different games such as rugby and boule. However, the most interesting game of the day was the Swedish viking game 'Kubb' that Carolina had brought along. It turned out to be a fun and interesting game that involved throwing sticks... Alisha and Nick found it so great that they decided to copy down the rules and go home and build their own set of knights, king and throwing sticks.
