Quiz night a great success!

Our Quiz night was held on Wednesday October 12th. It was attended by over 50 people, with seven tables competing head to head for the major prize of a bottle of Saltram wine and a $30 Hair Artistique voucher for each table member! Attendees included UniSA GK Members, UniSA students, GK members from Adelaide University and Flinders University, as well as people from the local community.
Each table completed three rounds of questions, with sessions lasting 15 minutes. The rounds consisted of brain-bending questions on sports, science/maths, the arts, geography, history and Australia. Tables also had to solve tangram and matchstick puzzles, name Academy Award winners, and match countries to their flags. Two 'Who Am I?' questions were also read out and the winners won a $25 voucher each from Rabbit Photo.
The major prizes were taken out by a table from Adelaide University, closely followed by a table with students from both UniSA and Flinders.
Overall, a very enjoyable night was had by everyone. Nibbles, pizza and drinks provided much needed brain-food, with the red wine running out suspiciously early!
