Use this form to apply for Experience Suite points. This form is for pre-approved activities only. If you want to earn points for an activity not already approved, please use the 'Petition for Experience Suite activity' form. |

If there is an activity you have completed during your time at University, or an activity you would like to attend which isn't currently listed, you can apply to have it assessed for points. |
