Our nation is facing a serious shortage of teachers in rural and remote areas and a serious shortage of midwives in our hospitals. These are issues that may affect you, your children, or your grandchildren. We are raising funds for Education Rural Experience Grants to encourage pre-service teachers to work in country schools and for Midwifery Scholarships to help cover the cost of 28 weeks of unpaid clinical placements.
