Will I qualify for uni?
To maximise
your chances of being accepted into uni, prepare in advance. Find out the entry
requirements of the university programs that will lead you to your
career. For example, if the
prerequisite for the program you want to
study is a SACE II Chemistry, you'd want to start Chemistry in year
11 in preparation for year 12. Go to Choosing
school subjects
for more tips.
For entry into UniSA you must have completed the South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE) or equivalent and completed the right combination of subjects.
Tertiary Entrance Rank is also another critical factor you need to consider. By looking at the TERs of programs you are interested in, you can get a rough idea of what TER you might need to achieve in your SACE Stage 2 results so you can qualify for entry. Be aware that TERs published in all universities' publications reflect the lowest score accepted into that program of the previous year.
