Campus tours, career events and presentations

The following are student liaison services that are available for students and student advisers.

CareerShop presentation

Carefully aligned to the Personal Learning Plan (PLP), the Program aims to assist Year 10 students in identifying future options, choosing appropriate subjects for their SACE and identifying their personal strengths and goals.

In 2011 UniSA are sponsoring schools to undertake MyCareerMatch profiling with your students. Those who choose to take up this option will be provided with specific instructions on how to carry out the profiling in your school before we undertake our UniSA delivered CareerShop presentation.

The UniSA delivered CareerShop presentation is approximately 30-45 minutes and can also be held at your school in place of one lesson or included as part of a UniSA campus tour. (Please note: A CareerShop presentation can be provided to schools not wishing to make use of the MyCareerMatch profiling tool).

UniSA presentation

The UniSA presentation contains information about career pathways and UniSA programs, entry requirements and support services. From 2011, UniSA is offering schools the opportunity to tailor their Year 11 and 12 presentation to suit the interests and needs of your students within one lesson. All schools will receive a comprehensive overview of UniSA and can choose from a selection of key themes to individualise your presentation for your student cohort.

Campus tours

Campus tours can be organised for our City East, City West, Magill, Mawson Lakes, Mount Gambier and Whyalla campuses. Different tours are available for year 10, 11 or 12 students. Classes have the opportunity to see student projects, learning facilities and support services. Meet some friendly staff and students along the way and find out what it is really like to be a university student.

Presentation for international students

UniSA can provide a presentation specifically tailored to international students at your school. The presentation contains information about UniSA programs, special entry and general requirements for international students, and support services. The presentation plus question time normally takes around 45 minutes but it can be modified for different requirements, such as during a lunch or lesson break. The presentation is designed for a year 12 audience, but would also be suitable for year 11 students who are interested.

To book an international presentation, please contact Kimberley Salafia.
