Attendees should also run and print the Crystal report "Selection Codes Report" (see location map below) from F1's menu. When run, use the Selection Type PRODUCT.
XLOne is a Microsoft® Excel spreadsheet specially formatted by Technology One. It enables a user to create Excel reports using on-line data derived directly from the Finance One database. By clicking on one button the spreadsheet will access the F1 database and retrieve the very latest data. Standard Excel functionality applies, with several special macros designed only to interface with F1.
This course builds on the theory and practice of the course Introduction to XLOne. If you have not attended this course you must be familiar with the XLOne commands SET, SUPPRESS, LIST, DISPLAY and SIGN. Although there will be a quick refresher of these commands no in-depth instructions will be given. If you have attended the introductory course it is strongly recommended that you apply and practice the skills acquired during that course before attending this advanced course, so attending this course immediately after the introductory course is not a good idea.
This advanced course commences with a template (see link above) which will be expanded using the REPEAT command. Attention will also be given to the topics Report Distribution and Single/Multiple Reports.
