Attendees should also run and print the Crystal report "Selection Codes Report" from F1's menu. When run, use the Selection Type PRODUCT.
XLOne is a Microsoft® Excel spreadsheet specially formatted by Technology One. It enables a user to create Excel reports using on-line data derived directly from the Finance One database. By clicking on one button the spreadsheet will access the F1 database and retrieve the very latest data. Standard Excel functionality applies, with several special macros designed only to interface with F1.

A basic knowledge of the terms "variables" and "macros" is an advantage, as is a working knowledge and understanding of the concept of System Variables in Finance One. However, the course does not require programming skills, nor will users be asked to write Excel macros - instead, we will go through all the necessary steps to create a simple Cost Centre report.
