Finance One
The University's main financial system is Finance One (a Technology One product). Finance One is comprised of a number of ledgers (eg ledgers for budget estimates, actual transactions and commitments). A separate ledger is used for each unique data set.
In 2004 Finance One was upgraded to version 10.2. The main enhancements were:
- Final retirement of all remaining text-style screens from the user interface - the entire interface is now Windows-based.
- Major enhancements to system maintenance, particularly menu maintenance.
- XLOne is now able to provide transaction reporting functionality.

Access to Finance One
Complete a FS22 (66kb word - for staff access only) form and send to the Finance Unit.
