Annual Financial Statements
The University prepares annual consolidated financial statements which are a general purpose financial report and have been prepared on a full accrual basis in accordance with applicable Australian Accounting Standards (AASB), other authoritative pronouncements of the Australian Accounting Standards Board, Urgent Issues Group Consensus Views and the requirements of the Commonwealth Department of Education, Science and Training (DEST).
The financial statements also comply with relevant provisions of the South Australian Treasurer’s Instructions issued pursuant to the Public Finance and Audit Act 1987 and the Accounting Policy Statements issued pursuant to the Treasurer’s Instructions.
