University Insurance
The University needs to maintain general insurance cover to protect its staff and assets. The level of cover is reviewed annually following consideration of the operating risks and the best strategy to manage these.

Travel
UniSA Travel Policy information:

Claims:
- Claim forms can be obtained from the Insurance Office
- All claim forms need to be lodged with the UniSA Insurance Office (not sent directly to the insurer)
UniSA Emergency Numbers Cards:
- Cards can be ordered by emailing the University Insurance Office. Please include in your email: your name, mailing address, the type and number of cards required.
- Mainland China Emergency Cards are also available.
- These cards are provided for convenience only and are in no way required to be carried to validate insurance coverage.
Private Travel Insurance:
- ACE Insurance offers UniSA staff discounted travel insurance for personal travel. If you would like a quote please follow the link.
