Contact your Divisional Accountant, Unit Accountant or Finance Officer for assistance. Please remember that the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Departments are not responsible for coding!

I need assistance with Finance One Reports, Enquiries or Menu Navigation. Who do I talk to?

Contact your Divisional Accountant, Unit Accountant or Finance Officer. If you require further assistance then escalate your issue to the Re-Engineering Project Team Hotline. Your issue will be logged and resolved as soon as possible.

I do not have access to the Menu Options I need to perform my job. Who should I talk to?

If you do not have access to a Menu Options that you previously had access to in the “Old Finance One” system then contact the Re-Engineering Project Team Hotline on ext 22248. Your issue will be logged and resolved as soon as possible.

I am not sure how to perform a business process. What should I do?

Have you referred to the new Finance Handbooks?

Don’t panic. Contact the Re-Engineering Project Team Hotline 22248. Your issue will be logged and resolved as quickly as possible.

What will the Re-Engineering Team do after the Go-live on January 8th?

The project Team will deal primarily with “technical” issues/problems related to Finance One including:

Will the Finance 1 Re-engineering Project Team provide any follow up training?

It is planned that we’ll schedule ‘clinics’ at each campus for people to come and ask questions as part of our ongoing support of the project. Dates for these sessions will be advised in the new year.
