Online Cabcharge e-Tickets Request Form

Please complete this form to request Cabcharge e-Tickets. Please ensure that the name of the staff member requiring the Cabcharge e-Tickets is entered in the Staff Member section. This form will be emailed to the correct campus, and our staff will contact you shortly to advise when the e-Ticketss will be available for collection.

Please note that Cabcharge e-Tickets are ONLY available for TRAVEL INTERSTATE and in RURAL REGIONS within South Australia not covered by Hughes Chauffeured Limousines. Staff should utilise Fleet vehicles / Hughes Chauffeured Limousines within the Adelaide metropolitan area.

University staff who have a Corporate Credit Card should pay for Taxi services via their Credit Card and not use Cabcharge e-Tickets.
