Confined Space register
The University of South Australia (UniSA) is committed to ensuring legislative compliance for Confined Spaces is maintained. It is the responsibility of the Facilities Management Unit on behalf of the University to identify Confined Spaces within University workplaces and maintain registers for these spaces.
A confined space audit was completed for all campuses in 2006 and this information is available by following each of the links below.

UniSA is committed to undertake reviews for all confined spaces as part of a five year audit plan to ensure ongoing compliance to OHS&W Regulations and AS2865-2001 Safe working in confined spaces.
Please note that it is the responsibility of the Services Unit to keep and maintain records of risk assessments, written authorities and hot work permits to enter confined spaces.
Reference to the UniSA OHSW Confined Space Procedure should be made prior to entering a confined space.
