It is a kind of advanced video conferencing comprising of a wide range of audio visual resources such as data projectors, cameras, microphones, etc to collaborate with remote participants. The grid is designed to integrate large number of participants and handle high quality visualization and data and application sharing.

A control room at the back of the room is where the user can control the equipment via an AMX touch Panel. There are three flat panel displays for the three PCs used for Display, Audio and Video processing. These PCs are physically located next to this control room in a secured room which also houses other equipment such as the Vortex Echo Canceller, etc.
