The following application forms are available:

Application for an
International Student Exchange Program
(Full Study Period)
This form can be used for undergraduate and postgraduate
coursework students undertaking one or two full study periods of exchange.
Please note that applications for full study period (semester) exchanges are
only open between set dates.
If you plan to go on exchange in Study Period 2 (Feb - July) applications close on 1 August of the year before you intend to go on exchange.
If you plan to go on exchange in Study Period 5 (July - Dec) applications close on 11 January of the year you intend to go on exchange. APPLICATIONS NOW OPEN!!
It is strongly advised that you submit your application by the above dates. However, if you do miss the deadline, UniSA International may still consider your application and try to accommodate you whenever possible. You should email student.exchange@unisa.edu.au with a request for a late application.
Application for an International Student Exchange Program
(Full Study Period) (Social Work Students)
This form can be used for undergraduate social work students undertaking
their international Field Education placement. Please note that
applications for full study period (semester) exchanges are only open
between set dates.

Application
for an International Short Term Study or Placement
(Travel Grant)
This form can be used for undergraduate and postgraduate
coursework students undertaking a short term study or placement at a university
or organisation.
Your application for a travel grant will be assessed against the advertised criteria and following confirmation from your Program Director that you will receive a minimum 4.5 units credit toward your current UniSA program.
Application for an International
Study Tour
(Travel Grant)
A Study Tour is generally a group of students undertaking a UniSA arranged study tour coordinated by a Program Director or Course Coordinator in the School Office.
If you have been advised to apply for a Travel Grant for a Study Tour, please request further details from your Program Director or Course Coordinator on how to submit an application.
Your application for a travel grant will be assessed against the advertised criteria and following confirmation from your Program Director that you will receive a minimum 4.5 units credit toward your current UniSA program.
Note to Program Directors: In order to organise approvals and payment of Travel Grants for a Study Tour, please contact UniSA International for details on the process. A Student Exchange Officer will provide you with a web link to the Study Tour application form which you can send out to applicable students once details of the Study Tour have been confirmed.
Application for the Hawke Ambassador International Volunteer Experience Program (Travel Grant)
This form can be used for undergraduate students applying for the Hawke
Ambassador Program. a short term study or placement at a university or
organisation.
Your application for a travel grant will be assessed against the advertised criteria and following confirmation from your Program Director that you will receive a minimum 4.5 units credit toward your current UniSA program.
