Resources
Access
to e-Research technology
The following resources are available for UniSA staff:
- SABRENet links to Flinders Uni and Adelaide Uni in order to enable users at those 'remote' locations to access and control instruments from their desktop and achieve instantaneous download of data as the instrument acquires them
- Centra software allows multipoint collaboration via the internet and is ideal for work between researchers who are geographically dispersed
- Access grid rooms fitted out
with state-of-the-art video conferencing equipment and a mini-hub. The
International Centre for Education
in Mathematics (ICE-EM) funded the equipment. The rooms are used for
teaching across the network in Australia and for joint seminars
- Room locations at UniSA
- Global Node Listing - lists locations of this facility nationally and internationally
- the South Australian Partnership for Advanced Computing (SAPAC) provides advanced high performance computing (HPC), communications infrastructure, and expertise for science and engineering applications in South Australia
