The Institute maintains an in-house
computer assisted telephone survey facility.This facility means that all aspects of
operations (including data collection) can be undertaken in-house.
As well as telephone surveys, we are also equipped to hold focus groups,
in-depth interviews, on-line surveys and to undertake mystery shopping
research.
