About Us

The deLissa Institute of Early Childhood and Family Studies aims to deliver excellent research in early childhood and family studies, that supports a culturally diverse and sustainable world of inclusive, democratic societies. deLissa's research interests have been grouped into six focus areas in response to the issues which are of continuing relevance and need as evinced through regular engagement with government, research communities, professional associations, employers, community agencies, students and staff and children and families. The focus areas are intended to provide a broad directional framework to support the development of structured research agendas.
