The Division of Education, Arts and Social Sciences and the Hawke Research Institute invites all postgraduate research students and all Honours students to attend the Research Education Autumn School.
Please Note:
The venue for the Friday session has been changed:
because of numbers were using the
Auditorium (D1-20)
[head for the middle of the southern side of the campus
and youll find D buildingthe Playhouse and the Auditorium
adjoin each other;
if youre coming by bus the same bus number will doyoull
arrive at the Eastern side of the campus ]
The venue for the Saturday and Sunday sessions remains the
same
the ground floor of the Amy Wheaton Building (H building)
[access it from St Bernards Road ie the Eastern face of the
campus;
its the sort of modern factory style building facing the
oval]
This exciting event will provide you with a valuable opportunity to explore and discuss cutting edge ideas and issues in research theory and practice.
The program includes a range of lectures, workshops and presentation sessions conducted by experienced researchers from diverse fields and institutions, as well as numerous opportunities for professional conversations, sharing and socialising.
We hope to see you there for three days of stimulating, engaging and enjoyable interactions designed to provide rare learning opportunities while building our postgraduate research culture.

Parking Arrangements
On Friday afternoon parking is available in unreserved car parks
which can be entered off St Bernard's Road either in the tennis court
opposite UniSA or adjacent to the oval. A ticket will need to be
purchased from one of the Pay & Display Electronic ticketing Machines.
Costs will not exceed $1.00 per day.
Please be aware that parking fees apply until 6:00 pm.
Parking is available free of charge on the weekend.
Public Transport
Magill is only seven kilometres from central Adelaide. The
campus (Stop 20) is reachable from the city via
bus route 106.
The bus can be caught from Currie Street and Grenfell Street in
the city. Use the entrance to the University near the bus stop.
The Autumn School is being held in the Amy Wheaton Building, H Building,
the moderately modern building on your left as you enter the grounds
(the oval is on the right).
