PER
The
Program Evaluation schedule comprises
programs at the end of their approval life cycle
(generally 5 years); those recommended for more
detailed review on the basis of Annual Program Reports;
where the viability of the program falls in the fourth quartile of
the viability report and where the reasons provided are not acceptable to
the Pro Vice Chancellor; Education, Arts and Social Sciences;
where concerns are expressed on matters of quality or equity by the Pro Vice
Chancellor: Education, Arts and Social Sciences, Program Director, Head of
School, Dean of Teaching and Learning, Dean of Students, Advisory Committee
or others.
APR
To be completed by the Program Director of all current programs in
the Division, including offshore programs, but excluding research degrees
and programs that underwent a 5 yearly review in that year.
Annual
Program Reports will be considered and approved by School Boards in the
February School Board meeting, and then forwarded with any comment to the
Pro Vice Chancellor, the Dean of Teaching and Learning, the Dean of Students
and the Division Manager: Student and Academic Services by March 31 of any
year.
