College Background

The Indigenous College of Education and Research (ICER) is the longest servicing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Higher Education program in Australia dating back to 1973.  ICER is an integral part of the University of South Australia enabling it to facilitate its legislative commitment to Indigenous education.
