Broadly
speaking, this will be achieved through the following processes:
- providing support to project managers in developing proposals and managing resources
- identifying research opportunities
- marketing research strengths to potential clients
- assisting in the implementation of school business plans
- reviewing and improving project management systems to quality ISO 9001:2000 standards
