The Business Development Office provides quality business services to build the Division's
research and consultancy capabilities.
Broadly speaking, this is achieved through the following processes:
- Providing support to project managers in developing proposals and managing resources
- Identifying research opportunities
- Marketing research strengths to potential clients
- Assisting in the implementation of school business plans
- Reviewing and improving project management systems to quality ISO 9001:2000 standards
