Division Web Committee
The Division Board established the Division Website Committee as a standing committee of the Board at its meeting on 30 September 2002.
1 Terms of reference
1.1 To advise the Division Board on guidelines and templates for the design of divisional web pages.
1.2 To encourage and facilitate web authors to develop and enhance their authoring skills.
1.3 To encourage and facilitate staff of the Division to develop and maintain their staff home pages on UniSANet.
1.4 To ensure that divisional web pages are maintained and kept up to date.
1.5 To consider reports on audits of the standards of presentation, accuracy of content, and currency of links of divisional web pages.
1.6 To ensure that divisional web pages comply with AARNet and ITAC policy, with University terminology, and with the Division’s guidelines.

2.1 Dean: Teaching, Learning and International (Chair)

2.3 Division Manager: Staff and Student Services
2.4 Division Information Technology Manager
2.5 Senior Business Development and Marketing Manager
2.6 Business Development Manager (International)
2.7 Co-ordinator: Marketing and Alumni

3 Administrative arrangements
3.1 The Committee is supported by the office of the Dean: Teaching, Learning and International.
3.2 The Committee meets at least twice yearly with additional meetings if required.
