Divisional planning and review
The annual planning process, involves two main phases - Planning
and Review. The process is designed to:
- Involve and engage staff and the community in our shared vision;
- Identify and reflect on our strengths and weaknesses;
- Promote awareness about our future operational environment;
- Facilitate innovation and improvement and;
- Commit us to action
