UniSA Foundation Studies
If you are interested in university study but lack confidence, skills or entry requirements then the
UniSA Foundation Studies program may be an option for you.
Making the move to university can seem daunting for many people, but the UniSA Foundation Studies program is designed to provide an opportunity for people, who are often mature age, to have a second chance at achieving their tertiary study and employment goals.
The UniSA Foundation Studies program is a one year program or part-time equivalent, to help people develop their writing and other study skills and to establish them as university students who are competent to take on degree level studies.
More details are available in this brochure (PDF 182kb - download Adobe Acrobat). The Centre for Regional Engagement offers the program on-campus at Whyalla and the Mount Gambier Regional Centre.
Students successfully completing UniSA Foundation Studies - Whyalla strand are eligible for entry into Whyalla or Mount Gambier undergraduate degree programs , via normal SATAC application processes.
