Business and Regional Enterprise

The Business and Regional Enterprise Unit brings together academic programs and consultancy and training services related to small, and medium enterprises, focusing on the needs of rural and regional South Australia.
Business and Enterprise

A complete suite of three undergraduate degree programs (PDF - 274KB)(opens in new window) are available in Whyalla and Mount Gambier. The Bachelor of Business and Enterprise is a three year program designed to develop expertise in accounting, financial management and small to medium sized enterprise management. An innovative feature is the Industry Project component that will engage students directly with small and medium sized enterprises.
Associate Degrees
Two Associate degrees (PDF - 274KB)(opens in new window) in Accounting or Business Ventures provide intensive specialisations as well as pathways into the full three year degree.
Current graduates gain employment in a variety of government and non-government organisations, economic development boards, large industrial firms and small and medium enterprises.
Academic staff also provide a range of consultancy and training services related to the fields of accounting,
statistical analysis and management.
The popular intensive
courses bring together students from across the state with specialist staff at Whyalla for an intensive 2 week period per course.
