Notices for copying and communicating works for Students with a Print or Intellectual Disability
Sections 135ZP and 135ZS of the Copyright Act permit the University to copy and communicate copyright protected works in an accessible format for use by persons with print or intellectual disabilities.
This Notice MUST be prominently displayed on each copy made for a person with a print disability in reliance on Section 135P. For communications, the Part VB Notice MUST also appear either prior to or at the same time that the material is communicated to the screen.
This Notice MUST be prominently displayed on each copy made for a student with an intellectual disability in reliance on Section 135S. For communications, the Part VB Notice MUST also appear either prior to or at the same time that the material is communicated to the screen.
