IT Help Desk Contact Page

The IT Help Desk email is monitored continuously throughout the business day. The Help Desk receives many requests for assistance, guidance, and suggestions. Email is answered on a first come, first served basis with priority given to the nature of the request for assistance and not the individual making the request.

The ITS Help Desk is a service for staff, students and affiliated computer users of the University of South Australia. Unfortunately if you are not a member of the university community the Help Desk is not able to provide assistance.
