Study Property at UniSA
The study of property is concerned with the evaluation,
management, transfer, development and administration of land and improved
properties. It is also about the interaction of people with land and
improvements to land.
Property professionals need to be able to make informed decisions on the use and management of real property, and solve land resource allocation problems.
The Bachelor of Business (Property) aims to equip graduates with such understanding and skills, as well as the academic qualifications necessary to practice in specialist property areas.
The Program encompasses the following experiential learning opportunities for students:
-
