Master of Business (Property)
Aim: Master of Business (Property) program provides postgraduate level education in valuation, real estate, property management and land administration for graduates, and provides specialist education for the practicing property professional.
Program Duration: 1.5 years (full time)
Program Structure: 54 units, comprised of 12 courses of 4.5 units
each
Entry Requirements: Applicants should hold a degree or higher award,
or equivalent qualification acceptable to the Council of the University
of South Australia. Applicants who have completed the requirements
of the Graduate Diploma in Property may gain entry into this program.
Professional Recognition: Depending on program of study and past
studies, graduates may be eligible to apply for associate membership and
certified practicing valuer status of the
Australian Property Institute. Graduate may also be eligible
to register as a Salesperson and/or Sales Agent provided the appropriate
professional courses have been successfully completed.
