Graduate Diploma in Property
Aim: Graduate Diploma in Property program provides postgraduate level education in valuation, real estate, property management and land administration for graduates, and provides specialist education for the practising property professional.
Program Duration: 1 year (full time)
Program Structure: 36 units, comprised of 8 courses of 4.5 units
each
Entry Requirements: Entrants to the program should hold a degree or
higher award, or an Advanced Diploma in Property Valuation as approved
by the Australian Property Institute, or equivalent qualification
acceptable to the Council of the University of South Australia
Professional Recognition: Students with an a partially qualifying
undergraduate degree as approved by the
Australian Property Institute together with this degree may be
eligible to apply for associate membership and certified practising
valuer status of the Australian Property Institute provided that the
appropriate professional courses have been completed. Graduates maybe
eligible to register as a Salesperson and/or Sales Agent provided the
appropriate professional courses have been successfully completed.
