Graduate Certificate in Property
Aim: Graduate Certificate in Property program is designed to provide supplementary coursework which will allow graduates of the Bachelor of Business (Property) to obtain registration in additional professional sequences or allow students with a property major to complete a professional sequence.
Program Duration: 0.5 years (full time)
Program Structure: 18 units, comprised of 4 courses of 4.5 units
each
Entry Requirements: Entrants to the program should hold a degree or
higher award, or an Advanced Diploma in Property Valuation as approved
by the Australian Property Institute, or equivalent qualification
acceptable to the Council of the University of South Australia
Professional Recognition: Graduates of this program together with
the
Bachelor of Business (Property) may qualify for membership of the
Australian
Property Institute or the
Real Estate Institute of SA provided the appropriate professional
courses have been selected.
