| Christina Sickles Merchant is an
internationally known dispute resolution professional. She is former
director of Labor Management Cooperation at the Federal Labor
Relations Authority in Washington, D.C., former president of the
International Society of Professionals in Dispute Resolution, and
former Commissioner of the Federal Mediation and Conciliation
Service. Her book, Designing Conflict Management Systems
(with Cathy Costantino), has been widely acclaimed as a landmark. |
