Conference fees can be paid by credit card (Visa, Bankcard, Mastercard), or by cheque
or money order.
Refunds
A full refund of the conference fees and/or social function costs less an
administration fee of $A75.00 will be made on the condition that notice of cancellation is
received in writing 30 days or more prior to the Forum. Cancellations received less than
30 days from the commencement of the program are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No
refunds will be given to cancellations within one week of the conference or failure to
attend. Registered delegates may send substitutes at any time.
