Hawke Ambassador International Volunteer Experience Program
Coordinated by the School of Communication, International Studies and Languages and The Hawke Centre
Returning to UniSA
Upon return, students will be required to participate in a range of activities including:
- A debriefing session with their case supervisor (a member of academic staff from the School of International Studies).
- Public speaking engagements about their experience through the Hawke Centre.
- Mentoring upcoming students preparing for their Hawke Ambassador departure.
- Completion of a detailed research paper on one aspect of their volunteer experience.
In addition, UniSA’s Hawke Ambassadors will be formally recognised at a formal presentation ceremony organised by the Hawke Centre upon their return.
