The School of Communication, International Studies and Languages has a large on-campus support base for domestic undergraduate students - so help is never far away. We've got three stages that you should follow to help you get the fastest response time.

Stage 1

Undergraduate Student Gateway
To help you find what you're looking for, we have built the Undergraduate Student Gateway, answering a whole stack of frequently asked questions and providing useful links to student forms.

Stage 2

Program Support Officers
If you would prefer to have a chat with someone face-to-face, contact one of our Program Support Officers. This team of friendly staff are here to help you with program-related enquiries, such as credit from an external institution, creation of study plans and offer further information on courses and sub major streams. There is a Program Support Officer for each program, so check out our contact details to find the right officer for your program. For a speedy response, send an email to UGCIL@unisa.edu.au.

Stage 3

Program Directors
If these first two options haven't been able to answer your query, or you require more specific academic-related advice relating to your program (or just simply need a form signed by your Program Director), you can schedule a meeting time with your Program Director. Before booking a time, send an email to the Program Support Officer of your program as they may be able to advise you with your query.
