In order to distinguish the folder unambiguously, the name should have both the number and the prefix 'cont' (for 'contribution'). Thus, for example, the Theme level contribution, the first Topic level and first two Articles for Theme 6.3 should be submitted in folders named as follows:
cont.6.3.0.0, cont.6.3.1.0, cont.6.3.1.1, and cont.6.3.1.2.
The main text needs to be supplied as a single file within the appropriate folder. In addition, every table, graphic and appendix, as well as the keywords, author details and author biography, should each be provided in a separate file. Naming of the files should be unambiguous and consistent.
Thus, taking contribution 6.3.2.6 as an example, the components required within cont.6.3.2.6 are as follows:
6.3.2.6.text (In Microsoft Word this becomes: 6.3.2.6.text.doc)
6.3.2.6. autdtls
6.3.2.6. authbio
6.3.2.6.keywords
6.3.2.6.Table1
6.3.2.6.Table2
etc.
6.3.2.6.Figure1
6.3.2.6.Figure2
etc.
6.3.2.6.appendx1
6.3.2.6.appendx2
etc.
The main text file should contain the following components:
Title
Author(s) and short address(es)
Keywords (at least five per thousand words)
Short contents list: Section headings, sub-section headings and sub-sub-section headings
Glossary and nomenclature (with clear definitions of all the terms, abbreviations and symbols which may be unfamiliar to the reader)
Summary
Body of the contribution under section headings, sub-section headings and sub-sub-section headings. The first section should normally be entitled Introduction. Equations and chemical reactions (numbered), and all captions for graphics and tables should appear at the appropriate locations.
Please note that there is no need for you to submit hard copies of your contributions.
Please remind your authors of the need to complete an 'Author Checklist'
