Doing an Honours year
The Centre for HRM encourages applications from suitably qualified students to undertake an Honours year with us. We encourage research projects that apply theory to problems confronted by Human Resource Managers as well as research looking at theoretical questions.
Current Honours research projects include:
- Commitment and turnover in project teams
- The Employment Value Proposition and public sector employment
- Job embeddedness and turnover intention among security guards.
For further information about doing an Honours year at the Centre for HRM, contact the Director, Associate Professor Bordia.
