Who Gains from Workplace Partnership? The past decade public
policy in Ireland has devoted considerable attention to the
diffusion in enterprises and workplaces of partnership, involvement
and related HR practices (workplace partnership). But the effects
of workplace partnership on stakeholders in the organization are
keenly disputed in the international literature. This presentation
uses data collected in a survey of 3,500 employees to assess the
effects of workplace partnership arrangements on outcomes relevant
to employers, employees and trade unions. The presentation also
examines the manner
in which workplace partnership may affect stakeholder outcomes. |
